I'll give you 3 of my favourites:
Maynard Ferguson's solos in his 'Gonna Fly Now' cover are my favourite. The notes he hits are just insane.
Miles Davis' 'So-What'...seems simple but is brilliant.
Lee Morgan's 'Sidewinder'...catchy and pretty playable.
