Good trumpet for a beginer?

I'm wanting to play trumpet... What is a good trumpet/good price?

Good trumpet for a beginer?
Visit musiciansfriend.com and you should find a great beginner's horn. I recommend anything by selmer, yamaha, bach and NOTHING by jupiter, conn, or jean baptist. When you are starting it's not important to worry so much about the speed of the valve more so than knowing that they just WORK. Since it will be a new trumpet if you take care of it it will last a lifetime. Spend no more than $400 unless you are planning to stick with it for a very long time.

The trumpet is a very delicate and jealous instrument and if you leave it alone for a short period of time you will lose much of what you worked for. Good luck to you.
Reply:bach student model
Reply:walmart has trumpets
Reply:I would start out with a good student trumpet. They should run less than $500. Once you think you are serious about being a trumpet player you can upgrade your instrument.

You can go on eBay to buy an instrument or try this website.
