How do I clean a silver trumpet?

My son just got a silver trumpet a Getzen Eterna 700 and I was wondering how to properly clean the inside of it. I know and have silver cream to clean it with on the outside. I am wondering about the bathtub for a silver trumpet. It is silver plated I guess so I am not sure what the difference is but...Oh well. I am asking to find out. Thanks.

Reply:I own a Bach Stradivarious and it is silver-plated. I bought this cleaning stuff called Dr. Dan's Horn Soap from www.wwbw.com to clean the inside of my trumpet. Just follow the directions and you will be good to go. You can also buy silver polish
