Trumpet fingerings???
Having spent many years playing trumpet, euphonium, and tuba, I'd be happy to give you the fingerings. The most effective means of learning (as you practice, of course) will be to see the fingerings on a chart underneath the staff.

The notes - in ascending order - for each scale are as follows:

F major (concert e-flat major): one flat

F, G, A, B-flat, C, D, E, F

G major (concert F major): one sharp

G, A, B, C, D, E, F-sharp, G

B-flat major (concert A-flat): two flats

B-flat, C, D, E-flat, F, G, A, B-flat

As each octave has different fingerings, I suggest you use the fingering chart located on the link below. It will allow you to learn up to three different octaves of fingerings for the three scales listed above (as well as any other scale).

Hope this helps. Have fun practicing!
