ok i have an exam soon for band class. I'm having the hardest time ever playing my trumpet. sometimes sound doesnt come out when i want it to. then i can't get the right pitches and notes! please give all the advice u can to help me out. btw, with the whole "buzzing" thing and "fast air/slow air" i dont really understadn what that means
Trumpet HELP!?
"Buzzing" is lightly pressing the lips together , forming a slight "pucker," and exerting air.(I may not be exactly right because I no longer think about that when playing) Faster air is basically blowing more air and less air for slower air.(Not enough to change your volume)
