its a very nice 3 or 4 year old trumpet that ive had and i cant learn how to play so i want to trade it for a nice guitar and amplifier. please tell me what this is worth.

Since it is silver, more than the gold looking ones. And thats a cornet. to Travis this is not always true whether it is silver, gold, brass, or Rose brass that may not effect the price as much as you would think usually an intruments price is based on the sound quality.





You truly didnt give enough information if you look closely you should be able to find a serial number on one of your outer valves 1st or 3rd that serial # if you put it into a search engine like yahoo should find mainly that type of trumpet and you can find their prices that way. because on the weril website the trumpets range from $141-2,000
